Geographical Load Forecasting

Quartex technologies were appointed as part of the VAMP consortium to undertake Eskom's Western Gauteng Network Master Plan. Our role in this project was the development of the Geographical Load Forecast.

Forestry Web Map

We have recently completed a web-based mapping application for a forestry company. The solution allows the end-users to interact with their data and extract critical information related to the forestry compartments. They also have the ability to create and print Pdf maps.

Fixed Asset Information Management

Our asset management system is aimed at the management of fixed assets, in particular water infrastructure. The product is designed to let the user maintain a register of assets, extract data for further analysis and view assets though a spatial interface. A road map for the development of this product in a modular fashion is in place with the following modules in the development and testing phases:

  • Financial valuation
  • Operations and maintenance

In the future we would also expect this system to integrate fully with the Track24, to provide the management of the complete asset life cycle from design and commissioning through to disposal.
