Ilembe DM PMU Support

Quartex is involved in a continuing role of providing data management support to the Ilembe district municipality (through the Enterprise ilembe PMU) with the management and implementation of district wide infrastructure projects.

As part of this process quartex has implemented their municipal project management system, QProjects. the project involves the continued management of of all funded infrastructure projects (MIG, EPWP, Corridor, DWA). This process involves the facilitation of data collection, payment processing and weekly/monthly reporting, as well as system support and training/handover.

Through the implementation of the project management system, the municipality is able to get a real grasp on project expenditure and progress through interactive reports and alerts.
